our results when using John as our selling agent: We put about $5,000 into our house to sell based on things we wanted to update and also suggestions by John. Once that was done, we had a two-day open house over one weekend and ended up with 75 families walking though the open house (John and his team worked hard on the marketing). Within a few days, we had multiple offers and accepted one that was over asking price and a quick close which we hoped for since we had already bought our new house (note, John was our agent to buy as well). John and I meet at the property and went over things that needed to repaired and spruced up. He was very specific of where my money would best be spent and what not to waste time or money on. John did a great job working with the current tenants with scheduling repairs and follow up walk thoughs making sure things were ready to go live for the open house. John priced the house right to the point where we got 6 offers all within 8K in one open house. John was also diligent in getting reads of each buyer to get the best feel for the easiest path to close. If i still lived local I would only use John for all my home buying and selling.
